Personally, I love it. It looks so good against his complexion, especially in this pic. I've seen a lot of reviews via Twitter and Bossip, most of which was negative. I just don't understand why people can't be individual anymore. I remember back in the day when doing stuff like this was considered bold. Now, in the days of the Rihanna, Amber Rose, Cassie - a man can't dye his hair a tasteful blonde and get away with it? Look at this pic! Every so often, I have to scroll back up and glance at it because it looks so appealing to me. The flash just made it better. I commend him for being brave enough to do what he wants, even if it's just for a movie or a music video. Gotta respect anyone who can do what they like with no regrets. Get yours, Chris.

And I still think he's straight. There's plenty of hidden gay guys out there looking like straight fashion moguls. We just won't know. A dye job doesn't define a man's sexuality. Neither does the clothes he wears. The fact that he can pull this off gives him extra hetero-points in my book. I'd take him down any day...

Young Berg's "Special" Pics - How Cute! (NSFW)

Normally, I don't condone this kind of bull - but considering the kind of slander that Young Berg was out here doing towards the dark-skinned community, I think a little ego adjustment is in order. Berg's former girlfriend, who is a former "video model" released these pictures of his wang, body and feet. Apparently he has a foot fetish, too. Anyhow, he spent a lot of time insulting brown-skinned and dark-skinned women - calling them "darkbutts" and admitting that he'd never date us. From the looks of this pic, he's not making light-skinned dudes look very good at all!

Last night was an awkward one. I came to the conclusion that I need to be free, and I'm the one who's been keeping myself in captivity. So, I loosened the chains a bit - and I'm ready to explore. What's the purpose of molding your life for someone who isn't nearly ready to fit into it? The love is still there, but there's quite a few things that need to be worked out. I have plenty of patience, but not much time. So - while I wait - I do me. 


And it's not a good feeling, I won't lie. My insomnia's back - I didn't think it was affecting me so badly. But I woke up this morning with a whole new feeling, and a smile. There's too much in this world to see, what the hell was I doing with these blinders on? 23, attractive, athletic build, smart - I could smack myself right now. Doesn't mean I have to run out and try every sausage I see on display, but I damn sure can examine a few. Maybe I will, maybe I won't. I know I won't deprive myself like that again, though. He's still around, and I'll enjoy his company. But mama didn't raise no fool - and I never realized how boo boo I really have been behaving. Shame on me for falling in love. Damn Cancer traits win again. It's my fault for taking a drug that caused me so much pain in the past. As bad as you know it is for you - sometimes you just miss the feeling. Story of a former fiend. 


I think I'm gonna let my afro out this week. Hit the beach. I'm in desperate need of some sunshine.

I love this song. It bumps so hard in my car, something about it is very inspirational. There's so many artists on the track, it's hard to keep up. Hype Williams did his thing with the typography, I love the various fonts used and the lighting was awesome. Feast your eyes on artistic beauty.

Finally, the video we've all been waiting for.  I can dig it, because I'm all about storylines. This one could go either way. She could be the understanding girlfriend who patiently waits to see him on tour. Orrr - she could be the groupie he flew in for the day. Good production always leaves more to the imagination. Great job.

THe Kimi Chronicles: V-Day Edition...

Valentine's Day is on Monday, and I'm really looking forward to my trip home. Trying to get back there has been such a challenge over the past few weeks due to the snowstorms - but this time finally looks like a go. I've got a pretty little dress and some fancy new heels for my date with Iron Man. It's a challenge to get around his work schedule, but I think we'll make it happen. I just wanna do something quiet with him for the weekend, I know how trying his job has been lately. Video chatting while he's at work looks like all of our dates lately, lol. Thank God for the Evo.


Anyway - what is Valentine's Day about? It's the celebration of love, right? It doesn't necessarily have to be with a significant other, in fact -sex doesn't even have to be involved. I'm currently ordering my mom an Edible Arrangement as we speak (www.ediblearrangements.com), simply to show her that my brother and I love her and appreciate everything that she does for us. Valentine's day can be a day to enjoy the company of the ones you love. 


To be honest, this year I'm kind of excited about the day. All I really want is to be in his company, and enjoy a nice evening. Gifts are nice - but I've had all of those things before, and what did it get me? Not saying I won't take them, cuz I have and I will, lol. I just know what the false ideas of love are from past experience. A diamond ring and flowers can't save a dying relationship. It's the good times that matter. Took me a long time to realize that.


Anyhow - enjoy the day. Whether it be with friends, family - or even by your dolo. Find something to do that you enjoy, and make the best of it. LittleSister will be receiving a handmade card, SweetTart valentines and candy jewelry...
