Ciara - "Body Party" Preview

When Ciara comes back out, she usually comes hard. Considering that Ghost Town DJ's "My Boo" is one of my ultimate bounce classic songs, this really did something for me. As soon as the intro comes in, you feel the song pulsating in the back of your mind. Definitely a good look for Ci-Ci.

Now I want to pop and grind all over the place - something I've got nooo business doing right about now, lol. This is definitely a song for the whip though, Bose bass sounds incredible with Bounce music!

Where Have You Been?

"All my liyeeiiiffee!!" *Rihanna voice*

Just kidding. My sincerest apologies for the hiatus. Ironically considering that I didn't "work" for almost four months, I have been ridiculously busy! How about a quick recap of what Kimi's been dealing with lately?

1. The Vadge Site:

I want to thank everyone for going so hard for me these past few months - VForVadge.com is currently at 10,976 views and counting! My little fledgling has turned into a full-blown sexual health and wellness site, just like I hoped for. I am pretty sure my readers are to blame for this - you guys are awesome. On January 1, I'll be revealing my celebration giveaways - stay tuned!

2. School's Almost Done!!

They tried to sneak me with the electives - but I see the light at the tunnel - 2013 means graduation for Kimi! Yes, I'll be going on to grad school at last, but  this progress makes me so happy. I'm taking one semester off to pursue my business ventures - but then it's back at it!

3. Moving!!

Undisclosed locations, lol :)

4. LeVadge Shop is Up and Running

My online store has been doing well, and I'm adding new products for 2013. Be sure to check it out, we've got sales running until January 1. Then the new products hit the "shelf." I can't wait for you guys to see what's up!

5. Chris Wynter Music!!

I am proud to say that I've been working closely with this dope artist - which you've seen featured on my blog before. Mr. Wynter's got some real fire coming out this year, and it's an honor to say I have a hand in this. I'm currently building his website and assisting in the promotional process. We've got a great talent coming up in Hip Hop. Keep your eye out for ChrisWynterMusic.com

So, as you can see my plate has been super full. I've got so many pics and thoughts to share with you guys - I can't even keep them all in my brain. Expect a lot of posts, as soon as the cable guy comes to hook up my internet. Love you guys lots!

The Weeknd - "Wicked Games" ((Official Video))

One of my favorite Weeknd songs, it gets me slow dancing with my chair no matter where I am. The beat is so strong, yet seductive and filled with pain. Abel's voice floats over it so eloquently, don't you just wanna touch yourself? You don't have to admit it, it's cool...

Anyway, it's only at 118 views so far - consider yourself one of the first people to see it. Enjoy the great use of shadows and simple symmetry. Makes it all the more Weeknd.

New Music: DZ The Rapper

Respect to a fellow New York native, I heard of DZ through a mutual friend - he's definitely blazing a trail through the Miami Hip Hop scene. I've been following this cat on Twitter for a minute now, but recently decided to re-visit his musical archives. He's got some fire!

Right now I'm really diggin his new single, Turn UpProduced by Rocky Da Champ, it's one of those bangers you'd get rowdy to in the club with your friends.

Might even be a fight song, lol *throws elbows*

Check out the behind the scenes production footage:

I'm really loving his remix to WuTang's "Ice Cream," since that's one of my all time favorite beats. Peep some familiar Miami streets in the background...

He's definitely one of my artists to look out for; dope lyrics, good production and fly kick game. Pay attention, people!

Chops the Pig Prank Calls the Slaughterhouse Crew ((Video))

A while ago, Slaughterhouse unleashed their crew mascot and let the fans name him. We all settled on "Chops" as his name - and his grungy ass has been to concert and shows worldwide. Now, the label decided to mess with the boys with a Crank Yank style prank.

Peep Royce da 5'9 trying to play it cool:

Joe Budden:

Crooked I - "That might have been a hologram pig!" :

Joel Ortiz - "We don't kiss pigs, we actually slaughter them":

Miguel - Arch & Point ((Official Video))

I've been following Miguel since I fell in love with J. Cole's "All I Want Is You" track. His tone, his rifts were so different yet on point. After that day I was all over YouTube, downloading any single I could get my hands on. I must say, he has evolved so much since then; constantly perfecting his live voice, studio skills, instrument choices and composition. I am musically in love with him right now - and he's on a streak. I love when the indie underdog comes out on top, he's definitely one of them.

The Art Dealer Chic EP is on fire in my car right now, Vol 2 has this track called Arch & Point that has to be the sickest song I've heard in weeks. It's extremely suggestive, but not raunchy. Even the video is an abstract sexual encounter.

The lyrics are under the video.

Something for you to sway to...

Arch And Point

Yeah
Black leather skirt and a leopard print shirt, whoa
We can skip dinner, headed straight for desert whoa oho
But when it feels so good then it comes natural
Baby arch your back, and point your toes

Ballerina smart, but your sex like art woaoh
See rhythm is a talent it can not be a taught whoa oho ohh
When it feels so good then it just comes natural
Baby arch your back and point your toes
Oh, you see I don't suppose
Mhm, that every good girl know
No, oh oh what every bad girl knows
So baby arch your back and point your toes yeah

Fishnet body suit birthday cake, whoa
Fetish is a pleasure that cannot be faked whoa, oh
But when it feels this good then it just comes natural
Baby arch your back and point your toes

Oh, polaroid flash baby anything goes
Feel it all don't keep your eyes closed
Cause when it feel this good babe it just come natural
Baby arch your-
You know what to do
Yeah, yeah baby
You know I don't suppose
Oh that every good girl knows (Yeah)
Only every bad girl knows (Yeah)
Say arch go back and point your toes yeah
Mhm, mhm
Baby arch your back, and point your toes

Random Thoughts...

I look around his apartment, my stuff is everywhere. Like it should be. Come and go as I please, cook dinner at my place, sometimes at his. Movie nights at home and takeout, double dates with friends. Titles. I freaking love titles.

Who are we kidding, most of us like titles. It defines the relationship, solidifies all we've been doing to get to know each other for all these months. The dates, the slow progression - meeting parents and all that. This is the goal, and we're here. The thug in me already acknowledged this fact and allowed it; I can put my heart into this relationship without worry. Cuz let's face it, I've dated some undeserving guys. This though, feels right. Friends become the best lovers, partners - futures. One day at a time of course.

Instead of diving in headfirst, we dipped our ankles in then our feet. Baby steps. The wise way. No public eye, no envious lips - just us. Dare I say Bey and Jay 2.0? Lol - we shall see...
