I first saw this guy in someone's music video. I can't remember who - but then he showed up in Lady Gaga's "Born This Way". Clearly he wasn't born like that, but I am always intrigued by tattoos and why people get them. I know with mine, each one has a story - but it seems like each one of his stories has a tattoo!
